Christmas salad with dates

Serves 10

½ dl balsamic vinegar

1 1/3 dl olive oil

½ head red cabbage

1 pkg dates

1 pkg figs

250 g grapes

6-7 clementines in slices

1 bag walnuts



Combine balsamic vinegar and oil.

Finely chop red cabbage.

Halve figs, dates and grapes.

Combine all ingredients with the marinade.

Toast walnuts on a hot pan and add to salad.

Refrigerate for one day.
